Personally I'm not scared of marriage. If you're a guy that values love and loyalty it's going to be difficult to want a serious relationship and hide from marriage your whole life. A lot of people in this society want to hide from every thing yet criticize those that are participating and act like they have all the answers.

I also have some very happy couples in my family so that also plays a role in me not being swayed by bitter dudes and bitter women.

next before you get married call up a divorce lawyer and go in for a office visit

find out how much you are financially liable in case it don't work out

Every happy marriage I know has a woman who makes serious bread. Every miserable one I know is built around that male breadwinner bullshyt. It's 2018, most divorces stem from money issues, being broke is stressful, marry a woman who will help you secure the bag.

As someone who has been married and divorced I can tell yall now marriage is definitely not for everyone. Plus today's climate puts way too much pressure on the relationship. No matter how close you were before the marriage it will change for better or worse. I wouldn't rule out ever getting married again but not something Im trying to do

Definitely not afraid to get married, but I am cautious of being in a toxic marriage. If I get married, then it will only be once, whether it works out or not. After that, I will only settle for a civil union type situation and maybe add said woman to my will, provided she is loyal, faithful and treats me well.
