if you need a title and ceremony to achieve that then its bullshyt being legally married, buying rings, doing the wedding song and dance is not a necessity to a strong, committed, exclusive relationship

if you want to do that for the sake of tradition by all means go ahead and i'm not knocking anyone who does - but its not unlocking hidden chakra to make people more enthusiastic to one another. that's where people keep fukking up. its not necessary nor does it inherently add value or significance to something that didn't already have it
