I'm so noid about boogers, I blow my nose all damn day, and my nose keeps getting crusty. I feel like that bad little kid from Martain. I'm a grown man with great hygiene, I shouldn't have these problems.

eating/dietary habits need to change. also clean your nostrils out in the morning and in the evening before bed.

cut down on dairy and cheese products, they produce alot of mucus in the body and could aid in booger production.

keep some wet wipes too so you can clean ya nose and not irritate it with a finger or hard ass toilet tissue.
