I love playing different characters or races. But i cant deny that maybe 2/3 of cacs would have a problem

Had a friend ask me why I always make a black character in games when I can, and I asked him why he always makes a white one when given the choice.

Think he realized how stupid HE sounded by asking me that.

It's brazy how people can argue about so many things to be in games, but it's always some kind of issue when a black person is included.

Most people would prefer to their own kind in movies and entertainment. There are just more white than anyone else.

I loved Connor from AC3... I still don't understand why he was hated on so much.... Not every assassin is gonna be brash and outspoken like Enzio...

I couldn't stand Conner from the start all the way to the end. I just didn't see much growth in his character. When he finally developed, it was like it took masssssive amounts of shyt to happen before he finally caught on. The boy was stupid. I wouldn't compare him to Ezio though, Ezio had 3 damn games to grow and develop so of course he has the most growth. But I hated Ezio at the start too, but next to Adewale he is my absolute favorite in the series.

It's fantasy. l 'm fairly sure not everything in the Witcher universe is completely inherent to Polish lore. I doubt Polish lore has the plethora of mythical creatures present in the Witch games. They developers added these and other elements of non-Polish fantasy so adding minorities isn't a stretch. I'm not saying the Witcher developers should be castigated for having the characters they did, but the mere fact they added some twisted vaguely black mutant creature, along with everything else, puts a sour taste in my mouth.

I would venture to say most blacks don't mind playing other groups as much as other groups mind playing as blacks, so there's a substantial difference.

This is perfect and true. Blacks live in a white world, watch and enjoy white movies, T.V shows, white gaming for decades. But white people truly have an issue with non white characters. Its fukking stupid. Blacks enjoy everything and just chill the fukk out and adapt and some how relate. We are the most accepting and adaptable when it comes to this.

Cacs use these games and other forms of media as an extension of their self worth so if they have to play as someone else who's powerful alot of times they don't like that because they're supposed to be the only powerful one. It's pathetic.

Mind you in TLOU your character is randomly generated. I told him I was black and dude quit and left me alone against the whole team

Connor was indian tho... His story was about revenge. I mean he only got one game to grow... There was silent moments in which he shined like the part where achillies died and he had that burial...

I mean what more did they want from him??? Also AC3 wasnt just connor's story but Desmond's story too which took alot away from connor's.

That's true at least to us a hero is a hero... we dont mind that captain america is white... but when Marvel published the story of isiah bradley alot of white fans have a problem... GTA comes out with a white hero/anti hero we can play it no problem. GTA5 comes out I dont want to play as that gangbanger franklin! WTF?!? Franklyn didn't even want to gangbang anymore.

White people must be the hero at all costs because maybe they have this pathological need to feel like they are the hero in real life anytime it's a black character that takes center stage it's like their minds cant handle the prospect that they're not number 1 anymore....
