And anyone who doesn't think so is deluding themselves. Games like witcher 3 and bloodborne have already crushed buildings. AK is such a step back. Let's go over the flaws

Weak game play designs
No boss fights
Repetitive tank battles
The bat mobile being way too involved in the game. Everything from the main story, riddler missions,etc uses the bat mobile and it gets boring quick.
No real changes to the combat system
Trash villains. AK was corny and predicable. Scarecrow whole existence was a way to sneak joker in.
Not being able to have separate missions or free roam with the other protagonist(which they advertised)
Story went from 100-0 real quick.
Laughable Overpriced DLC

As it stands, AK is the worst out of the four titles(yes I included origins)

Another thing. Gamespot continues to be one of the best when it comes to honest reviews. Fanboys were freaking out when their score came out and it turns out they were completely correct. They were generous too. I would have given it a 5 out of 10. And lost in the PC debacle is the game runs like shyt on consoles too. Can't count the number of times the frame dip hard gliding/driving(with it even freezing and me having to hard start my console sometimes

I agree with you on the boss battles. There's no way Batman should be one-hitting Deathstroke in a cutscene and that's all she wrote.

To me the only thing wrong with the Batmobile stuff is the amount it was used. Let's not act like there weren't some creative puzzles with the power winch, and let's not act like disarming the bombs wasn't a fun, hectic challenge.

Don't understand why you're complaining about the combat system when its not broken. They added team and batmobile assisted takedowns and you had to strategize for tower missions.

I don't look at it as a disappointment because the effort to make a good game was there. It just had elements that not everyone was on board with. Personally I would've liked to see more crime scene reconstruction and more hand-to-hand boss fights, but that's what I got in Origins

I highly disagree, shyt was everything I dreamed of and more. I literally felt like batman. Only thing missing was the batcave and having to juggle life as bruce wayne.

Loved the batmobile combat. I hate it had to end, I need moar
