In being on Insominiac and Naughty Dog levels of graphics and providing a story driven cinematic experience. Obviously not Bethesda but Ninja Theory and Coalition are the only one's I see and that's a big stretch.

Although i will say, its kind of a cheat code to use a pre-fab engine vs creating your own. The games also tend to lose that signature look that a lot of sony games built on their own engines have.
Something like R&C would not look like it does on UE4
