Nah in a perfect world, New Day would be doing a promo about how they beat every team in the division... and now they're retiring the belts to do something silly. Drawing major heat... And Enzo and Cass come out and set it off... Them dudes could get each other over so well. Promo and Ring Chemistry makes perfect sense. I'd even let E&C, win the belts in a false finish. Another ref comes out and says Carmella interfered , reverse the decision. Then they go over at Mania.

Doink sucked how? Matt Osbourne was over as a fukk, and really added layers to that gimmick. It was creepy, funny, clever, with a dark vicious side... Not to mention he was an incredible worker. Where did he suck!? He was great at everything.

I can honestly say I didn't like them when they were overly earnest positivity pushing lames and I never bought into the cornball goofy comedy act shyt either.
I still have the same low opinion of them I had from Day One.

Why would a team that started off lame as fukk and then got over as heels, and are continuously over every week, need a gimmick change... isn't this the same thing people complained about when Barrett got over with the "Bad News" gimmick and then they took it away, or when Cody's "facemask" gimmick got axed?

These guys give up on people faster than vince does, like give them a good rival and something to talk about in their promos and they will make sense again.. The problem is wwe is telling them to just go out there and talk, and throught the history of wrestling that has never been a good thing to do more than once and a while.. They got these dudes out there everyweek talking about nothing.. These dudes wants everybody to be edgy tweeners or they call them corny..

Simple. Lose the belts at WM. Stay off TV till Backlash, come out and spoil the tag title match. Then cut promo on Raw with the "Now, we TAKE!" shyt and really run with it.

They need a pinch of edge, and to lay off some of the corny stuff, which seems like if has the WWE's fingerprints on it (specifically they're last 2 promos). Otherwise, they're still the best thing going in the WWE.
