12:39 PM PT -- Rose has now been suspended indefinitely by the WWE, according to our friends at ProWrestlingSheet.

A WWE rep told the site, "WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving domestic violence, and per our policy, Raymond Leppan has been suspended indefinitely following his arrest."

update-grey-gray-bar.jpg
WWE superstar Adam Rose got busted for domestic violence after allegedly grabbing his wife by her face during an argument.

According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, Rose was arrested at 1:30 AM Wednesday in his Florida home. Rose grabbed Cassandra Leppan and pulled her toward him as he screamed at her, according to the report.

The docs list the reason for the argument as "marital problems."

Cassandra called 911, but according to the report Adam ripped the phone away from her -- which is why he was booked for felony tampering with a witness, as well as domestic violence.

He's being held without bail until his arraignment.

Rose's arrest comes on the heels of the WWE handing him a 60-day drug suspension.

New Photos Show Amber Heard's Injuries Allegedly Caused by Johnny Depp in Another Domestic Violence Incident

By Samantha Miller

06/01/2016 AT 06:30 AM EDT

In her court filing accusing husband Johnny Depp of domestic violence, Amber Heard states that "there was one severe incident in December 2015 when I truly feared for my life."

These new, exclusive photos in the latest issue of PEOPLE show Heard with facial injuries, including an apparently bruised eye and cut lip – allegedly caused by Depp in that incident.

A rep for Depp has not responded to PEOPLE's requests for comment about the photos, or about Heard's allegations of abuse. Depp's divorce attorney Laura Wasser said in court documents that Heard, who filed for divorce from Depp on May 23 after 15 months of marriage, is "attempting to secure a premature financial resolution by alleging abuse."

In documents filed May 27 to seek a temporary restraining order against Depp (which a judge granted), Heard alleges that during the "entirety" of their four-year relationship, "Johnny has been verbally and physically abusive to me."

In court papers, Heard details two other alleged domestic violence incidents. On April 21, she claims the actor, 52, argued with her after showing up at the end of her 30th birthday party "inebriated and high," grabbed her by the hair and "violently shoved me to the floor." On May 21, she states, Depp "began obsessing about something that was untrue" and hurled a cell phone at her, "striking my cheek and eye with great force."

An LAPD spokesperson told PEOPLE that officers responded to a 911 call but determined there was "no evidence of any crime" at the scene. In a statement Tuesday, Heard's lawyers said she declined to make a statement to police at the time to "protect her privacy and Johnny's career," but plans to make one and "hopes to give the LAPD the opportunity to conduct an accurate and complete investigation."

Bryan Singer to stay as 'Red Sonja' director despite more sexual misconduct claims

By Samuel Chamberlain

Published January 24, 2019

Fox News
Film director Bryan Singer will remain at the helm of the fantasy adventure remake "Red Sonja," despite recent accusations that he molested at least four men while they were underage.

In a statement, Millennium Films founder and CEO Avi Lerner said the company was moving forward with "Red Sonja," a remake of a critically panned 1985 film that starred Arnold Schwarzenegger and Brigitte Nielsen, with Singer attached to direct.

"The over $800 million 'Bohemian Rhapsody' has grossed, making it the highest=grossing drama in film history, is testament to his remarkable vision and acumen," said Lerner. "I know the difference between agenda-driven fake news and reality, and I am very comfortable with this decision. In America, people are innocent until proven guilty."

FLASHBACK: BRYAN SINGER FIRED FROM QUEEN BIOPIC FOR ALLEGED UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR

An article published Wednesday in The Atlantic magazine includes accusations that Singer fondled a 13-year-old boy on the set of the movie "Apt Pupil" in 1997, when Singer would have been in his early 30s. Another man claimed he was 17 when Singer had sex with him at a party at his house that same year, while a third man alleged Singer had sex with him when he was just 15. A fourth man said he had sex with Singer when he was 16 after meeting the director at a series of parties the man claimed were designed to link underage boys and older men.

Singer has denounced the Atlantic article as a "homophobic smear piece" designed to take advantage of the success of his most recent film, the Queen biopic "Bohemian Rhapsody."

"It's sad that The Atlantic would stoop to this low standard of journalistic integrity," said Singer. "Again, I am forced to reiterate that this story rehashes claims from bogus lawsuits filed by a disreputable cast of individuals willing to lie for money or attention."

Singer was fired from "Bohemian Rhapsody" late last year amid reports of chronic absences and unprofessional behavior. He is still credited as the director of the film, which was nominated for five Academy Awards -- including Best Picture -- earlier this week.

BRYAN SINGER SPEAKS OUT, DENIES RAPE ALLEGATIONS AND SAYS HE EXPECTED 'BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY' FIRING

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office earlier investigated claims that male minors were pressured into stripping naked for a shower scene in "Apt Pupil," but declined to press charges. Lawsuits filed by families of the minors involved were settled out of court.

Days after Singer was dismissed from "Bohemian Rhapsody," Cesar Sanchez-Guzman filed a lawsuit in Seattle against Singer alleging the director raped him in 2003 when Sanchez-Guzman was 17. Singer's attorney, Andrew Brettler, at the time said Singer "categorically denies these allegations and will vehemently defend this lawsuit to the very end." The case is still pending.

Founded in 1996, Millennium Films has produced a number of star-driven action films including "The Expendables," ''Olympus Has Fallen" and "The Hitman's Bodyguard."

Kevin Spacey Won’t Be Charged in Sexual Assault Case After Accuser Dies

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office has formally dropped a case against actor Kevin Spacey, after the accuser died.

The accuser, a massage therapist, alleged that Spacey tried to kiss him and forced him to grab his genitals during a session in Malibu in October 2016. The accuser, who was never identified, went to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, which referred the investigation to the D.A.’s office in July 2018.

The D.A.’s office has been reviewing the matter since then, and had not made a decision on whether to bring charges at the time of the accuser’s death. The accuser’s civil attorney, who had filed suit against Spacey in September 2018, notified Spacey’s lawyers that the accuser had died last month. A source told Variety that the accuser died of cancer.

On Monday, Christina Buckley, the head deputy in the D.A.’s sex crimes unit, formally dropped the case.

“During the course of the investigation, the victim passed away,” she wrote in a declination report. “The sexual assault allegations cannot be proved without the participation of the victim. Thus, the case was declined.”

The D.A.’s office had previously declined to file another case against Spacey, noting that the allegation fell outside the statute of limitations. In July, prosecutors in Nantucket, Mass., dropped another case against Spacey, after the accuser invoked the Fifth Amendment during an evidentiary hearing.
