Helicopter used to find Johnny Manziel after possible assault of ex
By Associated Press

January 30, 2016 | 5:06pm

CLEVELAND — Before Johnny Manziel was found “safe and in no danger,” police in Texas used a helicopter to help locate the Browns quarterback, who can’t seem to stay out of trouble.

Manziel is being investigated by police in Fort Worth and Dallas following a disturbance early Saturday during which he may have assaulted his ex-girlfriend.

Manziel, who has had two tumultuous seasons in the NFL, was identified by police after they were called at about 2 a.m. to investigate a report of a possible assault at an apartment complex in Fort Worth. The officers didn’t find the caller, but they spoke to an unidentified 23-year-old woman who said she was involved in a disturbance with her ex-boyfriend earlier that night in Dallas.

Sgt. Steve Enright later said the man was Manziel, the 23-year-old former Heisman Trophy winner who has made far more headlines for his off-field behavior since college than for anything he’s done for the Browns.

There were no arrests, and it’s not clear if Manziel has yet been questioned.

Police didn’t say if the ex-girlfriend was injured. An ambulance was called, but she was not taken to a hospital. The police report said the woman was uncooperative with officers, who were unable to locate a crime scene. The woman told the officers she was involved in a disturbance with her ex-boyfriend earlier that night in Dallas and possibly other locations.

Fort Worth police are working with Dallas police to determine if a crime occurred.

According to a statement released by Fort Worth police, they used their Air One Unit helicopter to locate Manziel after his unidentified ex-girlfriend said she was concerned about his well-being. Police called Manziel’s cellphone while searching for him before determining he was safe.

The Browns had no immediate comment. An email sent Saturday to Manziel’s agent, Erik Burkhardt, was not immediately returned.

Beyond the legal matter, Manziel could face discipline from the league. NFL spokesman Greg Aiello said in an email the league is “aware and looking into it.”

This is the second time Manziel has been investigated by police following an argument with an ex-girlfriend.

In October, police in Avon, Ohio, received an emergency call after Manziel and Colleen Crowley were spotted fighting as they drove near the quarterback’s home on the west side of Cleveland. Manziel was not arrested but the matter prompted an NFL investigation to see if he violated the league’s personal conduct policy.

Crowley had told police that Manziel hit her and pushed her head against a car window. The couple told police they had been drinking alcohol earlier in the day.

Manziel was later questioned by a league investigator and cleared — on the same day he was named Cleveland’s starter for the final six games of the season — but it was another mark on his already tainted reputation.

Manziel spent more than 70 days in a Pennsylvania rehabilitation facility specializing in alcohol and drug addiction treatment last winter. He has never publicly disclosed why he was admitted to facility.

His latest off-field problem won’t help his standing with the Browns, who seem to be distancing themselves from the 2012 Heisman Trophy winner from Texas A&M.

As of Friday, new coach Hue Jackson had not yet been in contact with Manziel. The Browns were disappointed when the second-year quarterback, who was taken with the No. 22 overall pick in the 2013 draft, missed a scheduled medical treatment on the final day of the season.

Manziel was in concussion protocol at the time, and although he was not required to be at the Browns’ home finale against Pittsburgh, the team was unsure of his location when reports surfaced that he was partying in Las Vegas. He was fined for not reporting to the team’s facility on Jan. 3.

Earlier this week, Browns owner Jimmy Haslam said he thought Manziel’s relationship with the team could be saved, but his behavior may force the team to release or trade him.

“I think Johnny made progress on the field last year. I think that’s undeniable,” Haslam said Thursday night. “We have a certain expectation for our players and that includes Johnny, and he’s got to live up to those expectations.”

If the Browns want to release Manziel, the earliest they can do so is Feb. 8, the day after the Super Bowl, when the NFL’s waiver system begins. Teams can’t make trades until the new league year begins on March 9.

Peyton Manning and a dark history his football dynasty family have tried to bury: Super Bowl legend 'sexually abused his college team's trainer and stood by as his father smeared her good name'

Peyton Manning and his father 'smeared' the star quarterback's college football trainer after he allegedly sexually assaulted her by rubbing his naked testicles and buttocks on her face.

Nearly 20 years before his second Super Bowl win, he is claimed to have 'placed his naked butt and rectum' on the face of Dr Jamie Naughright while she was checking his foot for a stress fracture.

Unearthed court documents reveal Manning had details of an earlier confrontation involving him and Dr Naughright that may have led to the 1996 alleged assault being hushed up.

A book co-written by Manning and his father, Archie Manning, then accused her of having a 'vulgar mouth', leading to her losing her job despite seemingly doing nothing wrong.

The Mannings eventually settled a defamation lawsuit, but not until after Archie Manning falsely accused the trainer of sleeping with a number of black student athletes.

A book co-written by Manning and his father, Archie Manning (pictured together in 1995), then accused the trainer of having a 'vulgar mouth', leading to her twice losing her job despite seemingly doing nothing wrong

Details of the alleged assault emerged in the early 2000s when Dr Naughright, a leading trainer with athletes who worked at the University of Tennessee, received a letter from representatives of the Manning family.

Manning and Archie Manning had written a book, in which they accused her of having a 'vulgar mouth' and calling young students 'motherf***ers'.

The book, called Manning, also referred to the incident in the treatment room at the University of Tennessee in 1996, which had led to her leaving the college as part of a settlement agreement.

Manning claimed he had just been mooning one of his teammates and that the whole incident was 'harmless'.

But speaking of the incident was in breach of a confidentiality agreement Manning and Dr Naughright had signed as part of a deal so both of their careers would not be tarnished.

The physiotherapist took the Mannings took to court for breaking the deal and for defamation, where the sexual assault allegations came to light.

The court documents, obtained by the New York Daily News, contain Dr Naughright's accusation that Manning dropped his trousers and placed his genitals on her face.

'It was the gluteus maximus, the rectum, the testicles and the area in between the testicles. And all that was on my face when I pushed him up. To get leverage, I took my head out to push him up and off,' she said.

Dr Naughright accused Manning of dropping his trousers and placing his genitals on her face, unearthed court documents revealed

Dr Naughright said Manning 'smirked and he laughed' when he saw how angry she was.

He claimed he had been mooning fellow student athlete Malcolm Saxon, but Saxon denied this.

In a letter to Manning, Saxon wrote: 'Peyton, you messed up. I still don't know why you dropped your drawers. Maybe it was a mistake, maybe not. But it was definitely inappropriate. Please take some personal responsibility here and own up to what you did. I never understood why you didn't admit to it.'

The court documents also reveal that an incident between Manning and the female trainer took place two years before, in 1994, which may have led to the later alleged assault.

However, Manning's attorneys had three-and-a-half pages detailing what happened redacted from the legal papers.

During the hearings, it emerged that both Peyton and Archie Manning had accused Dr Naughright of inappropriate behavior with black students.

It was revealed that Manning told his father that the trainer had 'been out with a bunch of black guys', 'was unattractive but had big breasts' and was 'trashy'.

She was also said to have had 'the most vulgar mouth of any girl he'd ever seen' and a 'toilet mouth'.

Manning (pictured after winning the Super Bowl last week) also accused Dr Naughright of inappropriate relations with black student athletes

John Underwood, who ghostwrote the Manning book, said Archie Manning had told him Dr Naughright was sleeping with black students and that she spent time in their dorms.

The court documents say Archie Manning said: 'She'd been up in the dorm before, I mean hey, you know, they could have, you know, could have pulled off stuff on her too.

'Ah, she, toilet mouth, ah Peyton told me he never did like her, but he always did, cause what I'd told him to do, ah, I instructed him to be nice to the tr- … don't ever look down on a trainer or an equipment person you know.'

None of the allegations about sleeping with any students were ever substantiated and there is no evidence to suggest it happened.

The book also claimed the trainer called younger students 'motherf***ers' and asked Manning to take them for a ride so she would not have to be responsible for them.

A string of fellow staff members who were quizzed by Dr Naughright's attorneys all said they could not recall a time when she had been foul-mouthed.

Manning has gone on to win the Super Bowl twice, in 2006 with the Indianapolis Colts and last week (pictured) with the Denver Broncos

The documents also reveal that the University of Tennessee allegedly tried to get Dr Naughright to blame the entire incident on a black student.

'They asked me to go with the story that it was - the reason why I left was because of another athlete who was African American exposed himself and said something wrong,' the trainer said.

'They wanted to have me say that was the reason and not the reason of what Mr Manning did when he assaulted me.'

The University of Tennessee asked Dr Naughright to leave following the original allegations, which she reluctantly agreed to despite seemingly doing nothing wrong.

After the book's claims, she lost her later job at Florida Southern College.

The Mannings settled the defamation lawsuit, although the terms were never disclosed.

Their book is still sold and Manning has gone on to win the Super Bowl twice, in 2006 with the Indianapolis Colts and last week with the Denver Broncos, as well as becoming a five-time NFL MVP.

Meanwhile, Dr Naughright is not believed to have worked as a trainer since leaving Florida.

:lupe: I shoulda known Peyton's Republican ass had some racist ass tendencies too

DALLAS -- Singer-actor David Bowie could face criminal charges if a grand jury agrees with a sexual assault complaint filed last month by a woman who also claims the British performer may have exposed her to AIDS.

The Dallas County grand jury was to hear evidence today from police, Bowie's lawyer and Wanda Nichols, 30, who filed the criminal complaint against Bowie, 40, on Oct. 12. The panel will then decide if charges are warranted.

Bowie has not been charged or arrested.

Bowie was not expected to attend today's grand jury session or a separate civil hearing scheduled for Thursday afternoon, in which Nichols and her lawyer, Robert Rose, will ask a judge to order the singer to take a test for acquired immune deficiency syndrome.

County Assistant District Attorney Hugh Lucas, who will present evidence to the grand jury, said the hearing was scheduled for today even though a heavy schedule of other cases could delay its start.

'The victim will be down here along with a couple of police officers,' Lucas said. 'Bowie himself will not be here but I've talked with his lawyer, who's going to make a presentation.'

Bowie's lawyer, James Linn of Oklahoma City, could not be reached for comment on his presentation to the grand jury.

Melinda Thomas in the courtroom of state District Judge David Brooks said Thursday's hearing has been scheduled for 1:30 p.m.

'There's been an order issued for him to show cause why he shouldn't be ordered to take an AIDS test. He's not required to be here himself. He (or his lawyer) hasn't answered yet,' Thomas said.

Nichols has told police she was with Bowie at a party at his hotel following an Oct. 8 concert in Dallas. She said the singer suddenly assaulted her in his hotel room the morning of Oct. 9, inflicting bites on her back, then telling her he had just given her AIDS.

Bowie, who continued his world tour following his Dallas performance, has responded to the complaint through spokesmen, calling the allegations 'ridiculous' and denying that he assaulted the woman.

The dark side of David Bowie: As the mourning goes on, we can’t ignore his history with underaged groupies in ’70s
If we feel guilty for talking about Bowie's past — we maybe should explore where that guilt really comes from
Erin Keane

(Credit: AP/RTNWalter)
After David Bowie’s death took us all by surprise Monday, the tributes overwhelmed. Social media feeds were filled, almost unanimously, with videos and links and memes praising the influential artist who seems to possess near-universal appeal — he made enough hits to feel populist, and yet remained sufficiently influential to exist on a forever-cool plane with his scant handful of equals.

But in between the “Labyrinth” GIFs, the retrospectives and moving tributes to his style and gender performance, a quiet pushback began online, too. Don’t forget this part of the story, the messages suggested, with links to this earlier interview shared: “I lost my virginity to David Bowie: Confessions of a ‘70s groupie,” in which Lori Mattix (her name has historically also been spelled “Maddox” in press accounts) recounts her teenage days in the Los Angeles rock scene. Mattix had, in her own words, consensual sex with not only Bowie — at age 15 — but with Jimmy Page and Mick Jagger as well.

THRILLIST: Still, a lot of people would have a hard time with an underage girl having sex with rock stars

“But you need to understand that I didn’t think of myself as underage. I was a model. I was in love. That time of my life was so much fun. It was a period in which everything seemed possible. There was no AIDS and the potential consequences seemed to be light. Nobody was afraid of winding up on YouTube or TMZ. Now people are terrified. You can’t even walk out your door without being photographed. It has become a different world.”

Mattix’s narrative is troubling to read in the sober light of 2016. A girl loses her virginity to a man in a hotel room, and that same night has her first threesome with him and another teenage friend as well. There are drugs and alcohol everywhere. There is David Bowie’s wife, Angie, banging on the door the next morning. There is the girl’s mother, indifferent when she’s not overtly approving of the conquests; her father, deceased. There is David Bowie’s face Monday all over the Internet, fans moved to tears over his death. There is scant, if any, mention of that girl in those moving tributes. There is, even in 2016, the question of how appropriate it is to talk about her at all.

I believe Mattix when she says that she felt special in the company of these glamorous, powerful men, happy to let them decide how and when she’d have sex and with whom. At 15, at 16, at 17. Not because I agree — most people grow out of the idea that sex with a rock star is a goal to pursue — but because when you’re young it’s easy to believe that experience is the one currency you’re allowed to hoard and never pay out. Because it’s alluring to believe a woman is made from her chosen experiences, and aren’t you already a woman at 14, at 15? Doesn’t the world, goddamn it, let you know that every day? Our culture, too, makes it easy to simply accept Mattix was a girl who decided she knew what she wanted, and to let it go at that.

And wasn’t it, as she says, “a different world”? Oh, the ‘70s. Things were different then. But they were not, really, no matter how many times we all collectively wish that to be true. If you can say with a straight face “men don’t have sex with young girls anymore” — well, good luck to you with that. What changes is this, only — which girls, which men, how and where it is allowed. What is more appropriate than making sure we don’t forget this, ever, even at inconvenient times?

Girls, of course, are convenient (until they aren’t). Boys, too. There are always more where they came from. So, it must be said, are rock stars. And filmmakers and actors and comedians. And choir directors and coaches and neighbors and dealers and family friends who take an interest.

Mattix, for her part, kind of agrees:

“But, I should add, things haven’t really changed. Look at the Kylie and Kendall Jenners, the Gigi Hadids. They are the modern-day versions of teenage groupies. The only difference is that the Internet blows them up in a way that allows them to make a fortune. And then there’s Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, and all those kids who were fukking partying at 15. It is just a different era. It has evolved into something else.”

I believe Mattix when she says the sex with her rock star partners was consensual on her behalf, and I also believe David Bowie and the others committed acts that are exploitative, and illegal for good reason. Age 15 is young, no matter what, and they were the adults with all the power in this dynamic, and that is not what healthy, normal sexual relationships for teenagers look like. I also believe it’s important to say this is different from the horrific decades worth of rape allegations brought forth against Bill Cosby, and different from Roman Polanski’s rape of a drugged girl. It is not the same as the lawsuits against R. Kelly over his alleged sexual abuse of young girls, though the conditions that made all of these stories possible stem from the same terrible old root: powerful men, young women, and a whole lot of people who looked the other way — or in the case of these teen groupies, even romanticized the tales. Say, wasn’t “Almost Famous” great?

Does even talking about the story, now that he has died, taint Bowie’s legacy, as some fear? What is any true legacy but complicated? If we feel guilty for talking about it, maybe we should explore where that guilt really comes from.

I can believe that David Bowie might not have believed he violated anyone by having sex with Lori Mattix and whoever else, though of course I don’t know his (or, for that matter, Jimmy Page’s or Mick Jagger’s) heart, or even whether these events transpired at all the way Mattix says they did, although the tales have been out there long enough to be read as a generally accepted narrative of the times. It is not hard to believe Bowie likely understood at the time — without even having to acknowledge it — that he was simply availing himself of the sensory perks of his station. How was a girl any different from good dope, the best table, a forgiven room service bill? They were an indulgence to finally grow out of, perhaps, like cocaine and cheeseburgers. This is a delusion, of course, and not one that we have to tacitly co-sign with silence, but a delusion that didn’t begin and end with him alone.

And it would seem as though she believes the same — she was availing herself of the pleasures available to her at the time, and she made her own decisions willingly and enjoyed herself with no major regrets. Should we demand she represent her experience any other way? If what we do is believe women, should we believe her?

It is possible to believe her and to know objectively that it was wrong anyway, and to say so. Not for her or for Bowie, necessarily, but for other girls now who are absorbing how we talk about these stories, and all the girls yet to come.

Not only is it possible, it’s not even difficult to hold these two conflicting ideas in mind at the same time: A sensitive genius capable of soothing our misunderstood selves from afar can be incapable of summoning sufficient humanity in the moment to decide that a 15-year-old girl right in front of him is not a well-earned reward. Bowie was not a man who fell to earth — just another lousy human like the rest of us, and one we fashioned into a well-compensated man who consumed what he wanted and left the rest and maybe felt OK about that or maybe didn’t, and now it’s too late to say.

What there is still time to say is it that yes, it was a wrong thing for him to do, a thing men shouldn’t do, not then and not ever, a thing we should speak up louder about even when it is personally or professionally uncomfortable to raise a voice against an artistic hero, or for that matter, anyone. Because what we’re left with, in addition to his formidable and beloved body of work, is this story, and how we tell the story can shape how the next story plays out. Because there will always be more where he came from, and more girls raised to believe that it’s on her in the end, that her experience is both the bill he is always forgiven and the only currency that can settle it.

Did y'all know Ronald Reagan raped a broad back in the day?

Gipper the Ripper?

The leading lights of the journalistic right, the Wall Street Journal editorial page and the Weekly Standard, are beside themselves over the nation's lackadaisical response to Juanita Broaddrick's charge that Bill Clinton raped her two decades ago. In a Weekly Standard lead editorial, Executive Editor Fred Barnes writes,"The accused ... is now the president of the United States. ... Will he get away with what no other American could get away with--not having to answer the accusation directly?"

No other American? Almost eight years ago, an American of great repute ducked a much-publicized rape rap without answering the accusation directly--and the press quickly abandoned the story.

In Kitty Kelley's 1991 book Nancy Reagan: The Unauthorized Biography, actress Selene Walters claims that Ronald Reagan forced her to have sex with him in the early '50s. According to the book, Reagan, then president of the Screen Actors Guild, met Walters in a Hollywood nightclub. He asked for her address, and she gave it to him. Later at 3 a.m., he arrived unexpectedly at Walters' door and forced himself on her, Kelley alleges.

The press ridiculed this and other passages from Nancy Reagan : the night the Reagans smoked pot with Jack Benny and George Burns; Kelley's implication that Frank Sinatra boffed Nancy Reagan. But Kelley's sourcing of the alleged Reagan rape is not much worse than the sourcing of the alleged Clinton rape.

What's more, People magazine got Walters to repeat the story almost verbatim. Walters denied one key element of Kelley's version to People--that Reagan forced his way into her apartment--but reaffirmed the rest. It sounds remarkably like Juanita Broaddrick's story:

"I opened the door," Walters told the magazine. "Then it was the battle of the couch. I was fighting him. I didn't want him to make love to me. He's a very big man, and he just had his way. Date rape? No, God, no, that's [Kelley's] phrase. I didn't have a chance to have a date with him."

Walters--like Broaddrick--did not file charges. And Kelley maintains that Walters shared contemporaneous accounts of the encounter with friends.

Ronald Reagan successfully stonewalled the Walters story when the New York Times, the Washington Post, and the Los Angeles Times picked it up briefly in April 1991. And remember, this was three and a half years before his Alzheimer's disease diagnosis. The weekend the book was released, a reporter asked Reagan for a comment about it as he entered church. "I don't think a church would be the proper place to use the word I would have to use in discussing that," he said. Not exactly a denial.

Chatterbox doubts that Reagan raped Walters. But where was Fred Barnes and where was the WallStreet Journal back in 1991? Were they outraged by Reagan's refusal to answer the rape charge directly? Were they accusing the press of partisan bias for refusing to confront the accused? Not exactly. A quick shake of Nexis produces this Barnes appearance on the April 12, 1991, edition of The MacNeil/Lehrer NewsHour.

"This is National Enquirer journalism," Barnes said of Kelley's book. "It's the kind where you look for everything, you vacuum up everything that's unfavorable, use all of it, whether it's rumor, fact, innuendo, hearsay, use all it, and don't let a kind word get in the whole thing."

Debby Ryan, the actress who stars in the Disney Channel series “Jessie,” was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving after crashing her Audi in Los Angeles, authorities said Wednesday.

Ryan, 22, was driving her white 2016 Audi near 3rd Street and La Brea Avenue just after 7 p.m. on April 5 when she crashed into a black 2015 Mercedes, LAPD Officer Mike Lopez said.

Police conducted field sobriety tests and determined she was under the influence, Lopez said. Ryan's blood alcohol level was 0.11%, just over the 0.08% legal limit, according to TMZ, which first reported the actress’ arrest.

A person in the Mercedes reported being injured, and Ryan was arrested and booked on suspicion of a DUI causing bodily injury, a felony, police said.

At the time of her arrest, Ryan listed her occupation as “laborer,” according to arrest records reviewed by The Times.

Ryan has starred in the lead role in the Disney Channel series “Jessie” since 2011, playing Jessie Prescott, a nanny to a high-profile couple’s four adopted children. Earlier, the Alabama native starred in all three seasons of “The Suite Life on Deck,” which ended its run in 2011.

She was released from jail shortly before 10 a.m. on April 6 after posting $100,000 bail, Lopez said.

Prosecutors have not pursued the felony charge. The L.A. city attorney’s office filed two misdemeanor charges: driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08% or higher, according to a spokesman for the office. She’s scheduled to appear in court May 2 for her arraignment.

On Wednesday, shortly after news of her arrest broke, Ryan released a statement on Twitter, apologizing for disappointing her fans.

“Over the last few days I have had the chance to think about my actions, and I wish I had used better judgment,” she said in the statement. “I recognize that I am a role model and have always worked hard to set a good example for my millions of fans.”

Ryan’s publicist did not return a message seeking comment.

Abby Wambach got busted for driving under the influence in downtown Portland late Saturday night.

The retired U.S. Women's soccer star was pulled over by Portland cops when she allegedly ran a red light. Officers say she failed field sobriety testing and also a breathalyzer.

Police have not said what her blood alcohol level was, but she appears extremely glassy eyed in her mug shot. Portland PD described her as "polite and cooperative" during the arrest.

Abby, who retired late last year after winning the World Cup, was booked for DUII (driving under influence of intoxicants), and released on her own recognizance.

Just a few days ago, we shot the Olympic hero in Palm Springs where she was partnered with Caitlyn Jenner in a golf tournament.

The son of Denver Broncos owner Pat Bowlen has just been found guilty of harassment in a bizarre case in which he claimed to be "the blood of the city" of Denver.

As we previously reported, John Bowlen Jr. -- who worked for the team -- was arrested back in June '15 after allegedly shoving his girlfriend in his Denver-area apartment during a domestic dispute.

John's GF called 911 -- but the call was cut short (the last thing the operator heard was a woman screaming) ... and when the operator called back, Bowlen went on a bizarre rant and referred to himself as the "blood of the city."

THE 911 CALL
John was charged with harassment and telephone obstruction -- but denied the allegations and took the case to a jury trial.

But today, court officials tell us, "domestic violence was proven" -- and Bowlen was found guilty on one court of harassment.

He was sentenced to 2 years probation and 24 hours of community service. Bowlen was also ordered to domestic violence, mental health and alcohol evaluations and treatment.

If he violates the terms of his probation, the judge said jail will be imposed.

Bowlen's attorney has said his client will appeal the ruling.

Former Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel has been indicted by a Dallas County grand jury on a misdemeanor assault charge stemming from an incident involving his ex-girlfriend, unidentified sources within the Dallas County District Attorney’s office told KRLD-AM.

The grand jury reviewed evidence in the assault case Thursday, per the report, and determined that there was enough evidence to charge Manziel on allegations that he attacked Colleen Crowley earlier this year.

The misdemeanor charge is punishable by up to a year in jail and a $4,000 fine. The Dallas Police Department originally said after its investigation in February that Manziel would not face charges but later referred the case to a grand jury.

A formal announcement is expected Monday.

Manziel, who was released by the Browns in March, is accused of threatening to kill Crowley and hitting her several times after a night of partying in Dallas. Manziel and Crowley began arguing at the Zaza Hotel in Dallas, where he allegedly hit Crowley, before driving back to Crowley's Fort Worth residence, where the argument continued. Manziel angrily shouted at and struck Crowley on the drive over, according to reports.

Crowley’s attorney, Kathy Kinser, said her client was struck on the side of her face and suffered a ruptured eardrum during the altercation that began Jan. 30. Kinser maintains that Crowley is still unable to hear out of that ear.

In February, a judge signed a protective order to keep Manziel away from Crowley for two years and ordered him to pay $12,000 in legal fees.

Manziel, who played in 14 games with eight starts over two seasons, is also being investigated by the NFL for possible violations of the league's personal conduct policy.

Manziel has been seen partying in Miami, Las Vegas, Dallas and Los Angeles in the weeks since his release from the Browns. He also reportedly trashed an LA-area rental home, which had evidence of cocaine use inside that led to agent Drew Rosenhaus terminating Manziel as a client last week.
