The sentiments I get from such "movements" are never positive. REAL self-empowerment ideologies and camps don't spend 95% of their time dwelling on how awful everything is. The fact that you have to dig for gems in a bucket full of white supremacist dry dikk woe is me bullshyt isn't very promising. Odds are pretty high all that negative shyt will have a bigger effect on whoever follows it than whatever accidental things of value happen to be in it. You don't have to be blunt and bitter to achieve self actualization and progress.

There's a difference between the stated philosophy and goals of a group and the behavior of the people in the group.

The philosophy of MGTOW makes sense. Not giving in to society expectations on what a man should do and who he should be. Not feeling pressure to be married or in serious relationships, not feeling the need to be some sort of "provider" for women that may or may not appreciate it. If you got a homie that's older than 30, that ain't really looking for a relationship, that's basically a MGTOW mindset. Society is expecting him to get married and he's like "eff that, I'm gonna do what I want"

However, in reality most of the dudes in MGTOW are bitter guys that don't get play from women, or guys that got screwed over in a previous marriage. Although I agree with a lot of the philosophy, I personally could not be part of any of the groups or even frequent the websites because it's too much wining about women. I don't wine about women, they are what they are. Now if they are on some bs, I will call it out, but I try not to make negative generalizations, versus just noticing what the majority of women I've encountered have done.

Yeah I Don't agree with that I would say most women (western women especially ) are not worthy of marriage and most dudes are either wolves like me or sheep too weak to keep a woman's attention and affection.

Honestly, I don't read MGTOW sites or pages...I got familiar with it from YouTube vids.
A lot of it was making sense, but then you begin to see a pattern with the dudes:
They almost all talk about bodybuilding like that's the go-to hobby, they started forming
similar political ideologies, and it seems like they encourage one particular way of life.

It made me ask myself: "How are they 'going their own way' by following the same way
as all these other dudes? They're essentially just telling men to go the way they're going..."

This was made increasingly clear when I saw a vid where one dude was talmbat he hadn't
went on a date in years, but went on one with a girl he knew was a mess just because he wanted
to get material for more vids. What part of the game is that?

And like you say, I get the impression that most of them would drop The Lifestyle like it's hot
if they met a real-live "NAWALT". But hey - people can do what they want...

Motivator for what exactly? Pain also makes people do horrible things. Wouldn't it be better to choose something that would definitely motivate you to better yourself and do something positive?

Most of the MGTOW/red pill people I encounter don't seem to do much but troll the internet and blame the world around them for their failures. They don't seem like ideologies built around self-responsibility or actionable change.... the shyt is wayyyyyy too comfy with assigning blame to everybody but the people subscribing to it.
