I use it to help promote my music, my clothing designs/line/brand, and to promote my art and photography.

IT's already gotten me the opportunity to host a pop up store in Manhattan this year and an opportunity to do an interview for a European magazine in regards to my music so I guess I'm using it well...got 3,575 followers at this moment... all homegrown followers too...no promotion either.

I get a good laugh at social media nowadays. So much fakery, whoever said it's responsible for so many fukk ass personalities has it spot on. If I meet a girl who starts telling me about all her social media like it's important I just Same for fellas, can't be friends with a social media stunter, it's so embarrassing. Society is fake, and always has been. All the broken promises, all the politicians who lie to us, religion, advertisements--"buy this cologne and she'll fukk you," "100 ways to please a man"--all lies. So of course the people within said society are going to be fake too. My issue with social media/internet is how everything is a "thing" now. People making memes, hashtags (hate that word), gifs out of the most mundane things. And the way celebs and all those reality show "stars" talk now. Its as if they're just hoping someone makes a gif out of them and posts it on tumblr. I sometimes wonder what all of this is going to culminate into. Nothing is shocking anymore, and nothing evokes any type of emotion from me anymore. Its all so consistently vapid and meaningless, and I don't even know what "it" is I'm referring to. I guess everything. Even this message I'm typing right now is boring because its all been said before. We all are really just going through the same motions everyone else before us has. Oh well...

I got thousands of followers on IG but it's whatever, it's simply branding.

Yes you only post the good times, or photos with important people/ hot girls but that's simply to convey the image of coolness and success.

It's no different then wearing an expensive suit or leasing a nice car. I would say only 10% of people keep it real but that's life, don't let it get under your skin.
