I mean, a year ago when I came back to WWE, that motherfukker was the most hated person in the IWC. I heard of all these magical burials in those years with his magical shovel, and how he had just somehow got his spot through fukkin' Vince's daughter and usurped the careers of more talented dudes. Everybody loved the CM Punk "Pipebomb" when he called him Vince's "doofus son-in-law", but all of a sudden, it's all changed.

Now everybody looks at HHH as the possible savior of wrestling and can't wait for him and Steph to take over from Vince and Kevin Dunn.

When and how exactly did this happen?

What the fukk did I miss, where this guy goes from burying deserving stars to being the "savior" of all that is wrestling?

HHH, the wrestler, is a motherfukker. Paul Levesque, talent development executive and TV producer, is a fukking genius.

How do you even ask this question? It's like you haven't watched NXT at all.

Once he started backing the shield/putting them over Evolution, producing NXT, and just bad idea after bad idea that Vince and Kevin Dunn (allegedly) put on tv. Its time, especially since Simba has his own thing he's doing and doesnt look like he's returning.

They basically turned on Bryan and acted like Cripple H was why the show had buzz again. Of course after Bryan got injured, the show sunk to horrible lows and hasn't been anywhere near the same since. Seth is trying to stand out though. That just shows the intelligence of what's left today though..not any good work by Cripple H deserving of praise.

The word "genius" is tossed around too liberally in the wrestling business. Its like the word "classic" in the booth section. I mean how much genius does it really take to cherry pick the best independent and international talent who already have a reputation and following and have them run wild on their farm show?

Basically NXT

And anyone else was probably just a fan of DX/Kliq still.

Yeah it was shocking to see HHH on the first match of Wrestlemania and then eating the clean pinfall. He easily could have just put Bryan in the main event. I just realized Bryan beat 3/4 of "Evolution" in one night.

:ohhh:

:russ: this is quite true. These dudes were extremely over in the indies before WWE but it will be interesting to see if HHH can start from scratch and get those nikkas Baron Corbin, Mojo Rawley, and Bull Dempsey over

I always hated Trips but seeing him put over The Shield and Daniel Bryan made me a fan. I dont love everything he's done, but its helped me view his career more objectively. He can sell his ass off.

:bfb: Kliq runs the biz

but foreal I was annoyed by him for the longest with the WM28 match being the one thing I really liked associated with him. But when he turned heel at Summerslam last year he was :whew: back to sonning the marks n shyt then he did what was right leading up to Mania. I'm just now getting into NXT but yeah that has a lot to do with it too.

It's the holding onto any semblance of hope with the company that he represents on my end, I'm willing to at least give the executive HHH a fair chance to to soar or fail

The promise NXT shows is for sure where the IWC love stems from, I'm bold enough to admit some of the cats coming thru the pike I hadnt fully gotten into as I don't get to watch as much Indy/Japanese wrestling as much as I'd like to but NXT has done a solid job of presenting these cats. itami, Fin, Owens, etc in a manner that makes me care and that makes me wanna go look back
