money and pull in using established VAs. It's like acting. I can't say that a lot of people want to be one either. Also, I wouldn't blame em. shyt is hard, some of these dudes been grinding for 4+ years to get a gig.

Well for the anime ita because funimation is prettt much the only dub company out. The business model isnt that profitable so they got like the same 7 folks voicing hundreds of characters
