He tried to log on, seen he was banned & you know the rest...
the only problem is that half of these "banned" posters are internet addicts
they will come back under a variety of new accounts
and it just gives them more undue attention
("undue" becuase they are not interesting enough to merit the drama)
plus it puts any new poster under a negative pressure to conform and not do anything that sticks out (backlash)
which will stifle natural turnover to replace ongoing attrition
but i guess there aren't any easy answers
