Besides specialists, they’re struggling too. There’s physician and nurse shortages around the country. Less people are going to medical school. Medicare and insurance companies have restructured a lot of reimbursement rates too meaning less profit.
It’s a mess everywhere.
Why 10 years? Why not 5?

EVERYONE I know associated with medical field EATING, that includes the admin, social workers, etc. And they have soo many ability to get REAL "side hustle" money or additional income, or run plays like bbl houses (lmao), recovery homes, soo many plays you hear/see doctors/nurses running outside of their main gigs which have their own paths to increased income if you put in the work. I think generations before missed out by having info gatekept from them but with internet and the flow of info the last 15 years, ITS AMAZING..Always.

Shortages mean opportunity. I know people doin even local travel nursing pullin 200k+ last year, will that last, maybe not but they parlayed that into a couple properties and still grinding..

What I learned in life, Its VERY hard to plan out that far ahead, if you can maximize whats in front of you and have things mapped out in more like 3-4 year increment while adjusting to current environment factors works better.. NO ONE could plan for pandemic but there were TONS of opportunity when it did happen at that time.. I already stated IN THIS thread tongue in cheek that its already too late for many..
Also will add from previous post, across the few industries I touch on weekly basis, you run into 10 people in that industry and a number of them will have negative things to say and talking about getting out or there is green grass somewhere else, I always listen to weigh what they say to what I see but I always make sure to consciously lean towards the people doing good and maximizing if they will have me (doesnt always happen). I was speaking to a sports agent about one of my people, he work under someone but they have top clients, he make REAL MONEY, this dude talking like shyt is bad and hard.. Im like get out of here, at worst you making MID six figures, dont talk to me about struggle
