Yeah and I still have some income coming in from my rental properties. I wonder if that will have any bearing on me receiving unemployment especially since my tenants are on Section 8. Not necessarily, OP could have just worded his grievance better. U handled the situation like u were in a casual setting. U gotta learn how to communicate in the workplace. I feel sorry for u, it'd tough out here.

I had a manager out to get me in the office and she was not sending my department any work. I made continuous requests on our behalf to get assigned work... for 2 weeks straight I had nothing g to do. They ran some reports and shyt hit the fan. They tried to fire us for not working and she put the blame on my department. I flipped it on her because I had multiple electronic communications to her requesting work that was not provided. After investigating they found that she was withholding work from my department and she got in huge trouble.

She never made eye contact again with me in the office... always be defensive not offensive @ work.


Don't make the mistake of sitting on that money even if u get it ( which u normally don't when fired as far as I know)

Me and some upper management have been going back and forth since the beginning of the year. So today we had a meeting with my immediate sup, the ops manager, and the HR bytch. It was to simply be a meeting of the minds and I got fired for making "racist remarks".

Me, my sup, and the ops manager had a meeting last week about some concerns they had with me and I felt I was being attacked for no reason. My sup was coming at me sideways and I told him he might as well paint his face black, smash a watermelon piece in his face, and start tap dancing because I expected more out of a brotha. Then I got to the ops manager and told him I felt he was racist and pointed out the white workers that got away with murder but he was always in their face and patting them on the back.

So... I know this shyt is about to get ugly. I have enough bread put away to pay my mortgage, car note, and car insurance for a year but factoring in utilities, cable & internet, and food it gets cut to maybe 10 months. I think I should get unemployment but that's no guarantee...

I got court on wednesday for punching a cop while drunk yelling "you white motherfukker" at him. I don't remember the 2nd part cause I was piss drunk only know cause that's what the cop wrote down in the incident report, in all caps.

shyt is crazy... I was ranking top 5 in my office out out of over 100 employees based on some bullshyt numbers they pull. I received a company wide award and got a few g's back in Feb... That's why I felt I was being attacked for no reason, they were coming at me based on performance... Like how can that be???

See the thing with the HR numbers and shyt is its a Bell Curve some will fall under and some will fall above this is how HR keeps bonuses and favoritism in check and it works by design. His documented 95th percentile shyt means NOTHING.
