Realistically can you bulk without eating meat and dairy ?

was going to make a thread about if there are any benefits to eating a lot of red meat ?

i dont eat pork but im having some lamb shish kebab and rice being delivered right now and i eat a lot of chicken. doing 100 push ups a day, walk a lot and stay active.

im mid thirties, dont know if i should slow my roll on the red meat intake. id rather stop eating chicken.

You should consult your nutritionist and or trainer for the proper diet to bulk up without those foods. It’s about portions, control and targeting...

In my experience eating lots of meat and dairy like cheese and eggs without carbs gives me a ton of energy

If I want to feel like Iam on steroids I get a plate full of chicken, some slices of cheese and raw egg yolk as sauce a lot salt, and eat that shyt:whew:
