for 1* my thread.
Maybe, 60% of the U.S owns a gun. It takes some violence for a successful coup. I don't think Americans are as sheepish as we think to create a cohesive guerrilla group, if the wheels did start turning someone would tip off the authorities before the group ever grows in numbers and power. The FBI probably has counter-measures if anything ever happens to impede a coup. I mean look at the David Koresh situation FBI squashed that.

The military doesn't always defend the government. They can go either way so if the military sympathizes with the civilians, then an overthrow is def possible.
They are already running drills

Americans are comfy.... the rich figured out if you keep the poor from starving you dont have to worry about em. As much as the right cries about welfare they arent going to do too much damage, cause they know when push comes to shove it will be a problem. Especially given how much much of their base lives in poverty and hates the govt. So its possible but very unlikely

When I was in the military...
Well, let's just say thats where I got most of my books on social revolutions... from cacs. Also, where I met most pro black dudes.... where else other Than prison is shyt taken care of for u and ur trapped with nothing to do.... sitting on a 12 hour shift discussing the gov n shyt... you should believe that a large percentage of the military would not fukk up usa civilians on command, and would follow if someone popped off a revolution.
Plus we would need their planing. Ntm, its foolish to believe that former military members wouldn't be leading it anyway.
