im 25 , maybe i just have alot on my mind, i forget my passwords , phone numbers of important people, forget people who i used to know, like close friends and i just cant remember who they are but i've made peace with that fact

i exercise, i read , stay away from social media, men, anything thats bad for my mental health
but seriously, the other day i had to pay for something with my card, then they ask me to put my pin in and then i cant remember i had to phone my dad for my pin
