If he keeps his body right i’d say that realistically he has 3 dominant years left.

I think Lebron is one of those players who will either have a Karl Malone type career where he’s still very productive in his later years or he’ll suddenly fall off a cliff (physically speaking) and he’ll break down.

No in between.

You'd assume at least two more.

He's so durable, though ... you don't know if he's going to play until he's 40, or suddenly get that debilitating injury that won't let him come back, like Karl Malone.

Don’t know.

Kobe looked explosive when he got hurt at 34.
Lebron turns 34 in December with more mileage.

Everyone’s body is different but all it takes is the wrong landing, the wrong cut, the wrong bump...and things can go.

I don’t think anyone can answer this question.
Offensively though it looks like he hasn’t lost anything.

Didn’t think I’d say this, but until he retires so about 4-5 years or until Bron Jr gets to the league :ld:

And side-note , I hate how often dominate is used incorrectly when it should be dominant .

I wouldn't be surprise if he retire on top. But evem if falls off I still think he'll be a 20ppg player. He'll probably wait to bronny Jr gets to the league then retire

Bron has been lucky as far as never being injured goes.

father time undefeated, no one knows how long he has left but i'm hoping he has at least 2 elite years left, and then 2 years of being a tier 2 level star to finish out his laker contract.

Yeah, Kobe was great through year 17 until he tore his Achilles. Kobe also had a lot more wear and tear on his body than LeBron. Seemingly picked up a new lingering injury each season. LeBron's never had to deal with that, so even though he has heavy mileage, his body isn't being held together with bubble gum and paper clips.

If Kobe didn't tear his Achilles, he looked like he had a couple more high level seasons left in him. I'd venture to guess that LeBron will be great for the four years he signed unless he gets injured.
