I don’t get why he left Miami so early in the first place?

He could’ve went back to Cleveland closer to the end of his career if he wanted a “homecoming”

We were capped out and I think the oldest team in the league. The only young players in the rotation on the 2013-14 team were Chalmers, who was nearly 2011 mike Bibby bad in the 2014 playoffs (I think he finished with more turnovers and fouls than points and assists for the playoffs and even got benched for game 5 against the spurs) and Norris cole, who looked like he didn’t belong in a rotation at any point in his career after the 2014 all star break. He basically averaged 3-4 points on a .365/.265/.667 shooting slash and as many turnovers as assists for the rest of his run with the heat. Allen, Battier, and rashard lewis retired, and we were short on picks. Riley managed to recover nicely though, so I don’t doubt that they could’ve quickly retooled the supporting cast.

Nah, bron in Hou stops the dubs IMO, or has a very high chance of doing so. Going west he keeps the dubs from even making the the finals and then skates thru the finals with whatever half assed team comes out the east. Bron going to Houston is the only move that would have me :nervous: next summer as a dubs fan

In the West you battle SAS/OKC/GSW and tough teams that arent in the top3-4 just to get to your playoffs, then finals. You're always 1 injury away from falling.

I think at this point in his career it’s not just about winning rings but also putting himself in situations where he’s least likely to add more finals Ls, since you stupid motherfukkers set the precedent that getting bounced early is somehow better than losing in the Finals. Being in the West does that because either he gets bounced or he wins it all no one in the east will challenge him come Finals time.

I think you are wrong, Gsw isnt just great players but play very well together, they arent just offence they play extremely good defense. People keep thinking GSW are just 3-4 good players that can score 120+, but its a lot more to it than that.

Lebron on Okc isnt a slam dunk either, I dont think that group will gel well and you need to move 1 of the 3 to get lebron there.
Lebron on Hou would be interesting since Paul would do anything to his game to win, but again thats not skating anywhere because it changes the dynamic of the team. You cant just say well they are almost as good as GSW adding Lebron will put them over that. Just look at cleveland, before the season started they were the clear team to beat in the East and a threat to GSW and now they are dog shyt, injuries aside that lineup fully healthy will never mesh well together
