I don't see the average, casual gamer who has to make a choice between this and an established title choosing this game

The average casual gamer gets what everyone is talking about. Everyone is and has been talking about Watchdogs for 2yrs now

Real Gamers know what to look for, this is one of those games. It will be promoted at gamestops
You will see comercials. The hype for Watchdogs will be VERY HIGH so really, you are just misinformed.

Yeah, but I don't think the hype for Watchdogs overcomes the reputation and reverence of a GTA or the loyalty of COD stans. But history has shown if the reviews are good, people will buy it. It probably won't outsell the aforementioned titles but I think it will still be successful.

Its impossible to outsell GTA5 because GTA5 is on current gen consoles where it has 140million potential customers. While next gen games will have 10mil maybe to cater to?
Will it outsell COD Ghost next gen? Well thats not saying much since COD is the top selling game this gen.
But if you ask which game is more anticipated? Its Watchdogs all day. Its a new genre basically, not everyone knows Watchdogs even exist right now
But like all the games you mentioned, they have to start from the somewhere and grow into block buster franchises. They already have a pt.2 and 3 planned for this series so it'll get there...
