I'm sorry to hear that, I really am. But there are other ways to deal with your pain. Let's see what you could learn from this instead? It took me a while to learn that leaning on others wasn't the way forward. Human beings are weak themselves. I learned to share my problems with God, and God alone. Who else can bring you salvation? Holding in all of this pain and relinquishing on here will temporarily allow you to release some of that anger, but the problem will still remain. Healing begins with us first, brother.
