Your problem is that you have abandonment issues from when you were a child. Maybe at some point in your life, someone made you feel like you were wrong or bad for being yourself. And now you care too much about what others think of you and how they see you. Stop trying to project the image you want of yourself, and be content with who you are. Whether or not someone likes you is their prerogative. Keep telling yourself you're ugly and unconfident and yes, thats what you will be. Keep telling yourself the opposite even if you dont believe it, and eventually you will. You've been conditioned to be negative and critical of yourself. And your dad wasnt present or did a good job of teaching you to embrace manhood.

Let me put it this way, if you don't walk up to the mirror everyday look at yourself and don't see obvious abnormalities or disfigurements, then you're not ugly. then i saw myself in a mirror later that day and made the at myself

This summer I found some pics from college. I didn't recognize myself I was so ugly. Those pics are under the mattress now so I wont stumble on them again for awhile. The sad part is I am older, balder and fatter now so I must be even uglier now.

As a female, there is a certain "freedom" that comes with being unattractive. You don't really deal with street harassment or guys following you around a store asking for your number.
