I got an off topic question: Do yall move around the boroughs like that? I went to visit some years back and met up with a friend in Harlem but he said he doesn't get outta Queens much aside from work (in Manhattan)

It’s definitely the Bronx. You can see the cross bronx in background. It looks like it’s over by West Farms Square/E 174th on the 2/5 train.

Staten Island for example there's no reason to go to that borough. Its biggest attraction is a Ferry that takes you to and from Manhattan. When tourists get off the Ferry in Staten Island and they get on the very next boat back to Manhattan
Manhattan is the biggest appeal of NYC, east/west village, lower east side, soho, harlem, etc. I totally see how a random New Yorker spends most of their time in Manhattan and whatever outer borough they live in.
Queens has nightlife, it also has beaches in the Rockaways, etc.
Disgusting.
Even riding the train into the city for work...you wonder why they don't clean the litter next to the tracks.
It sounds so dumb but one of the first things I noticed when I visited Tokyo was how I never saw trash ANYWHERE. A city just as big as NYC. Practically spotless.
There's so much potential for NYC if they could just not be so damn disgusting when it comes to garbage and littering.
