Alchemist worked with Drake and he also produced a Kendrick diss track towards Drake. You can't attach producers to the battle unless they're a part of one sides camp.

Even as a Kendrick fan I can tell you K Dot ain't want no parts of that. That's why the friendly competition angle was always just a trap for Drake to engage in my opinion. Now that he smoked Aubrey he can move forward and absorb all of Drakes commercial success which is pretty much what he always wanted.
