Reason there are (seemingly) so many NBA players suffering knee injuries...

Its a mixture between both. We are probably another 300 years or so away from the perfect human specimen. That and their is never a way to prevent every injury without compromising a players skill. So add the bouncing on to yout knees and awkward landing over years of play sjnce some of these guys have been 13 and boom
amare is a prime example.

There has to be a way to prevent most of these injuries happening.

I also agree that NBA players should train much less (or lower intensity) and have more self imposed games off so that they only play 50 games a season instead of 82.

too much mileage, too many one on one players overexurting themselves. look at the minutes, shots taken and FG % of some of these players with knee issues.

it's 2013 and doctors still don't know what causes these injuries. I swear this era of doctors gotta be top 5 woat DOA. You got players landing funny and being out for the season. You got dudes playing games and the next day they're out till February. fukk that fakkit Gary Vitti, he's not even a real doctor.
