Importance of religion by country - Wikipedia
Religion has nothing to do with it. You see low single parent rates in countries where religion is important to people as well as countries where it is not. Unprotected sex is a decision that a person makes. It is a choice. The question is whether the choice is made with enough information and an understanding of the risks, or if it is made out of ignorance and emotional desire. If you force religion on to people, they'll just find a way to use it to justify things they want to do anyway or they'll just hide their behaviors. This is one of the biggest lessons of history. People take things they believe in, and use it to justify whatever it is they were going to do anyway. Genocides happened during the crusades and also happened in atheist USSR and China.
Young people are curious about sex and will do it. It's the same thing with alcohol use, it's the same thing with driving, it's the same thing with any and all adult behaviors.
Pastors cheat on their wives and have whole other families. There are muslims in Saudi arabia who fly instagram influencers over to have sex with them whilst they're married. Evangelical Christians support genocides in other countries and wasting tax dollars on bullshyt while americans starve every day. Kanye west literally made a gospel album and is now going through a petty, public divorce while rotating through multiple women.
