I like to browse it and laugh at the delusional and entitled white people (the majority of Reddit in general) crying about a society that was built for them to thrive, and yet they’ve still failed. Meanwhile, I’ve (a Black Man) had to work 30x harder, yet managed to accomplish and possess more than the vast majority of them. No sympathy.
:yeshrug:

I also enjoying informing myself on how envious and jealous they are of people who may be more “successful” than them. They’re notorious for “pocket watching”.

How can anybody hate work when we all working 24/7? Your heart is working 24/7 to keep you alive. Work is life. The right word is JOB. If someone likes or dislikes their JOB, then thats understandable but not work. It says a lot about somebody who hates work. Theyre basically saying theyre lazy. I can respect someone who admits that they are lazy vs someone who says they hate work. It shows how someone views life.

As someone who's staunchly anti-capitalist

I agree.

I'm not going to post any specific reddit threads, but there was one guy that commented that he likes to drive around w/ his kids and point out businesses to them that pay under $15/hr, and inform his kids of how they are horrible businesses.

There also was a poster talking about organizing a whole bunch of people to set-up interviews with McDonalds, and then just have everyone not show up (as a way to stick it to the company).

I'm more of a centrist and I know that people on this board are also kind of split down the middle, but if you want to see how crazy people can be, then it might be an interesting subreddit to check out if you've never seen it.

Yes, there are some GOOD points to be found there, but alot of posters there are just bandwagon followers that just "want to see the system torn down/want to see the world burn".
Those are some of the worst unrealistic mofos you will ever see. Only a completely broke bum would have that type of attitude. They’ve gone way past the line between standing up for workers rights into just being lazy and miserable.

How do they afford WiFi and cell phones to post
Most of the people on that subreddit do actually work. It’s more about changing the culture of work and how corporations and employers take advantage of employees. Most of them are not actually against working in general.

look at the responses in this thread
it's not that they don't want to work they don't want their lives passing by being a cog in a machine in some system
employers and many rich people are lazy as fukk they're just smarter than everyone else and figure out how to work smarter than harder
the smarter you are, the lazier and less of a follower you will be because you will make your own rules and live how YOU want to live no matter what people say it's just words what does that do for your life?
The pandemic made me realize what I always felt there are no rules just followers and leaders
and we all follow or lead something
I'm going to lay back while you take pride being a worker slave
most people do things based on what they think they're supposed to be doing
The pandemic was the turning point
Think about it, without other people, are people as special as they think?
The pandemic probably made people realize how worthless other people are and these corporations too
People are tired of corporate culture
It doesn't help people have to deal with disrespect, rudeness, and classism so people simply don't give a fukk anymore
Many people are tired of our jobs defining our lives when it's just a means of making money
The public education system has conditioned many people to be happy worker slaves because being a follower is promoted like crazy in school and most people just do what they think others are doing they don't know how to make their own moves
There is a shift I don't know where it's headed towards yet
