Pretty straightforward, what are we eating to attain/maintain our svelte figures?

This week is organic spring mix greens with tomato chunks and tuna seasoned with onions/celery (my breath gonna smell like cold butt), chili powder and cayenne pepper, lemon garlic pepper

For dinner I have roasted almonds with cauliflower and onions
