I haven't posted on another board I used to frequent for over 14 years in nearly two years...just stopped feeling like it

I was up one night and was bored and found an old forum that I used to post on. I actually got my password correct and logged in and it said that my last login date was June of 2006 (over a decade.) It was weird just snooping around an old (now mostly dead) forum and reading through threads and seeing the general end of a once booming and active forum. Posters were still making threads every blue moon but the replies came weeks/months apart. It seemed like it fell off pretty quickly between 2006 and 2008.

That's the thing with forums. Posters come and go and a lot of times we don't know what happened to them. One poster who used to post here named I Hate You disappeared a few years ago from TSC and there's three or four conflicting stories on what happened to him. I'm glad that @richaveli83 popped back up awhile back as I had been generally wondering what happened to him during the pandemic. He's good.

It's the internet forum life.

EDIT - I do hope all of the posters who disappeared over the years are all okay and doing well in their endeavors in life.
