Really good choice. Did you peep the album he did produced by Evidence a couple years ago called Rare Poise?

It was dope.

I'm trying to think of someone unique. Remo (formerly of 9th Wonder's Jamla crew) is one of the more unique voices and flows I've ever heard. he also picked the best 9th Wonder beats of anyone. He doesn't necessarily say shyt that'll have people mashing the rewind button, but he's the type of rapper that I think most producers would love to work with, and he was briefly signed to Dr. Dre and Interscope.

Daps and rep. :ohlawd:

The entire Low Budget crew is so dope. Being down here in NC with the Justus League/Little Brother scene; I always felt like Low Budget was sort of a similar movement in the VA/DC scene. The main dudes I checked for :dame: from Low Budget were Oddisee, Kev Brown, and Kenn Starr. What impressed me so much is how well Oddisee and Kev Brown could both rap and produce so well. Kenn Starr had fire punchlines too and got some laughs from me.

I first heard Oddisee and Kenn Starr on the 1st Foreign Exchange album. Oddisee's verse was tough but I'm time-coding to Kenn's.
Give me applause, I spit classic
Give me a broad with a thick accent
Skinny and tall or a big, fat chick
Plenty of y'all say Kenny a dog
If she give me the drawers, I'm leavin' the chick back bent
The fact is, if you choose to oppose
End up with a fatlip and a bruise on your nose
That's hot. Give up now, my crew's in control
If not, get shut down like schools when it snows
Get got for your shoes and your coat
Bogard, I go hard like nipples on boobs when it's cold
And show y'all how simple the mood and the flow
Can determine whether you earnin' or losin' your doe
Make moves on the low :damn:

Knowledge the pirate - people just know him for Roc Marciano features and half the both doesn't fukk with Roc Marciano.

Young Scooter - one of the best out of Atlanta but gets overshadowed by all the more active rappers out of Atlanta.

A week ago I would have said King Von :mjcry:

ATL paid.. Cali blazed
Why is that?

You're the first person I've heard say they stopped listening to a region of rappers.
Once they started sounding like they were from the south I was done with em..now they bit tha whole euro drill shyt..growing up Ny rappers made me listen to lyrics cuz they were so advanced now the less effort put into the music the more it's liked..
