Was up yall, I need some recommendations.

I have a accelerated school program coming up in a few months and I'm looking for supplements

that will enhance memory and concentration.

Recommend me if yall know of any. :tu:

I'm already familiar with Ginkgo Biloba and will be trying that, and I already take Fish Oil :tu:

p.s on a side note, about two years ago on the JBO forum, someone posted up a supplement with the name Alpha5 or something that really helped me. I forgot the name of it though, if anyone knows what I'm talking about, let me know.

I have used these two and they help some but i think the absolute best results I had were when i was taking Vivanse (prescribed for ADHD). My problem with Vivanse is i cant take the "crash feeling" side effect that hist you later in the afternoon or when you dont take it

I tried it a few years ago and it worked for me but its too pricy

I'm going to research the active ingredients and hopefully find it somewhere else cheaper
