I haven't never heard of a person having the Feds with him like that. nikka had a federal agent living in his house:deadmanny:

Sounds like protection to me:skip:

Let me school you on how people cooperate. If you moving birds and I can give them the info on where your load is coming in and they investigate you and catch you with 200 bricks, I've just snitched and you"ll never know who. They don't have to share where they got info from and I don't have to testify, especially 9times outta 10 you pleading guilty.

when did they start announcing witness protection for ci's in the public tho. It was released by the courts that he had to be supervised by the feds, that dont even make sense if he was a ci

The "Bring 'Em Out" star--real name Clifford Harris, Jr.--was taken into custody on Saturday after he sent his bodyguard to buy three machine guns and two silencers from the cop, who was posing as an arms dealer.

A police raid of Harris' home in College Park, Georgia, turned up another three machine guns and six other firearms hidden in a closet.

The 27-year-old has been charged with felony possession of unregistered machine guns and silencers and possession of firearms by a convicted felon.

He now faces serious federal charges and a potentially long prison sentence."

The rapper--who has previous convictions for drug dealing, gun possession and probation violations--will be held in federal custody until Monday, when he will appear before U.S. Magistrate Judge Alan J. Baverman at the United States Courthouse in his hometown of Atlanta.

You forget that TIP came home to the Mayor of Atlanta at his private welcome back party.

so...

Getting tired of seeing this type of excuse for him only doing a year. Knowing famous people, rich people, or politicians can't get you out of mandatory sentencing guidelines. There's too many layers of bureaucracy involved in the criminal justice system. You cannot bribe your way out of this kind of case and TI is too high profile to get special treatment from a judge or elected official without it becoming a major story or corruption case.

Fukk being a fan or stan for just a minute. Real nikkas know that it is impossible to get off they way T.I. did. It just doesn't happen. You couldn't get off that easy with a clean record and you damn sure ain't being a convicted Felon. I really feel like I'm in the fukking twilight zone sometimes when I hear people coping pleas for TIP. Who TF do you know in the history of arrests, can get caught driving with a half pound of kush, 2 loaded guns in the car, while buying silencers, fully auto's and straw purchased burners and only get the time he did. That man can smile, put on his best daddy impression, his best suit, and claim to be real all fukking day but... Happen ain't gonna!

I'm sorry but I thought we all KNEW TI was an Federal informant/Agent. Ain't no way in hell he can get arrested that many times and for what he got arrested for WITHOUT being on the government payroll. He's one of those, "He's more useful out there then inside"-informants. Come on now. lol

There are all sorts of levels, and layers, CI, CW's, CS, and the names aren't always in the paperwork, they can get blurred out, but can be compelled by the defense to be revealed in the discovery process, cases get tossed on that. In the affidavit for these major cases, there always a handful of all those....that's true, but were saying TI cooperated to that degree to get THAT MUCH time knocked off? By telling? He told on everybody he knew and then some more, and it was enough to get him that? Both sides feel equally strange and unbelievable. Now the government can also manipulate and lie the factos that led to an arrest or an investigation, but if they aren't 100 with it, a good attorney will burn them. The government surgically and precisely executed all these cases, and T.I (1) was never accused by anyone of talking or cooperating, and (2), did enough talking to get off, without a name anywhere, or ANYONE that could put the pieces together?

I got a relative who is in law enforcement...who has actually had to deal with the feds on some cases he worked...and...yeah...from what he says...it is pretty much impossible for TI to have not snitched...especially dealing with the feds...

And people do not seem to understand what an informant is...my relative has worked with informants...and he was telling me that generally they just sit them down in a room...show them some photo's...and say who do we need to watch and who do we not need to watch...cause the point is not for them to know that you moving a 100 keys out of Miami on Monday...the point is that from a manpower perspective they got 60 people available to watch 15 people they think are doing dirt...and if an informant can just say "this guy is just a hand to hand guy, this guy is a connect...this guy launders the money"...then they can whittle that 15 down to 9...it increases the chances dramatically that they will catch you doing something...if the informant can tell them something directly that is all the better...just not necessary.

Informants are not like they were beck in the 70 80 or 90s...where they damn near had to give the latitude longitude of where something was going down and wear a wire everywhere...surveillance today is so much more advanced and with all the Patriot Act laws law enforcement can get all your associated numbers like that...there is a clause in the Patriot Act that states if you are even suspected of terrorism your phone records can be subpoenaed at the drop of a hat...by even local state police.

And as my relative says...the only way you gonna get out of any Federal anything is to snitch...period...cause the Feds only deal in information...unless you are somebody prominent...or you catch a break where they are just to busy to really take your case serious...and yeah sometimes that happens...you either gonna talk...or you going to do them years...my relative has been in these meetings and he says that if the person is not willing to snitch the feds just leave like "fukk it let him do the years and we are moving on to the next cat we can hem up to talk"

Did TIP tell the feds that this drug dealer is moving these drugs at this time from this place on this date? Nah, I doubt he connected or even know someone connected like that....But did he tell the feds "hey you might want to have somebody watch #randomatldboy for the next two weeks" and that was it? Yeah, I don't see how he didn't do that...and really...in this day and age...that would be good enough...

LOL at people saying "trying to figure out who he snitched on" and "nobody has come out and said TI got them locked up..." nikka the whole point of an informant is for you to never know they told...or if they did what they told...or if you what they told...who they told...
