Based on the two frames provided it is reasonable to suppose that video A was taken by someone only a matter of steps away from the yellow parking lot markings, and was closer to them than the door of the convenience store. Without question this person should be visible in any footage of video B which is framing the area between the yellow parking lot markings and the convenience store.
