So reading through that thread, this seems like nothing.

Drake invited a girl over to his VIP area and to his after-party who, by all indications, they didn't even know how old she was or anything like that, nor is there anything stating that they even had contact past a hug and hand holding.

The hand-holding could be framed as weird, but it depends on the context. Was he holding her hand and looking lovingly into her eyes, or did he grab her hand for like 3 seconds in a friendly manner?

All the time, they debunk a lot of the more clumsy attempts at propaganda or astroturfing for any number of situations. There are some very, very sharp minds on there, results in either direction are magnified because it's a much larger public space. The problem is that over time the schemes with ill intent will get more sophisticated. The shills are always learning. Aside from that, there's always the strong possibility that that entire Boston reddit incident was in itself a mischief-making setup...and the mob just got taken for the ride.
