You can still hoard because they have allowed companies to get involved in promoting their favored University. But that doesn't necessarily benefit Alabama, because there are bigger schools with more influence at major companies.

They can't stockpile talent like they could in the 2010s either. They used to have 2-3 NFL QBs on the roster at any time and 2-3 deep in every position with NFL caliber guys. In this era, those guys gonna bounce before they wait 3 years to start.
