There was one dude who actually looked EXACTLY like him and sounded like him. Sh*t was wild!
I forget dudes name but dude was a complete and total rip off of Red lol
Humanwreck. He worked with Redman lol
And Erick was working with fukking Joe Sinistr for a second.
I didn't see the "clone" in Sinister so much because his voice and flow was different enough but he was HEAVILY influenced by Redman, same as Craig Mack, Outsidaz and even some west coast acts were. In my opinion, I always thought the Luniz were heavily influenced too. Definitely Luda. That off kilter, high as fukk, smoked out, over the top metaphors with hard lyrics was that Redman shyt.
Nah, Joe was actually dope. It's a shame he didn't last long in the business.
Joe was kinda stealing Redman's vibe, but he was down with Erick. This other dude was just some random cat who was doing Red's whole look and sound around DIAD time. It was bad bad.
I remember because my cousin had this recorded on VHS because his folks had cable and at that time my folks didn’t but he’d record a lot of shows and then showed me and my cousin when we all hung out
Man, me and my cousin fell out laughing when we saw that shyt back then![]()
Humanwreck ads in the back of the Source always had me upset because 1) biting. and 2)I had no way of hearing if he was any good lol. Like wtf is this shyt? I actually think it's a shame that Joe Sinistr never did any work with Keith, they could have blacked out with their rhymes back n forth like ODB and Busta. Joe fit right in with Def Squad getting rid of him made no sense. Meanwhile Red would work with Saucrates and shyt.HUMANWRECK!! YES!!
Dap + rep, bro!
Damn. I couldn't remember dude's name for anything! LOL!!
But yeah, Joe was really dope. He would dress a lot like Red and all that, but he kinda had his own thing going. Later on, he had issues with Murray because he felt like he took his spot in Def Squad. But I don’t think that's why he got kicked out the crew. He was a really dope MC. But it's like you said, I think so many MC's were inspired by Red's style and vibe. He was the originator of so much of that.
Word I actually enjoyed all 2 songs I've heard him on. I was listening to an interview with Erick and he said Joe Sinister was Jam Master Jay's artist, maybe he got lost in that RAL/JMJ Records/Def Jam shuffle.

I wasn't going to run into any Humanwreck album in Miami. Red was moving different back then. That reminds me that our very own underground rhyming Queen, Mother Superia worked with Red too. He produced this and you can hear his voice on the hook. He was all over working with the underground on the west as well. Red was a real one.Truth.
I heard him on Erick's first solo and thought dude was incredible. I was thinking he would make moves.
LOL @ Saucrates. He was decent, but definitely not as dope as Joe was.
J stupid. He could have literally said, this looks personal with you Drake. This is between yall. I'll battle you after this, one on one. Instead he dropped a diss then said Nah I'm out. WeakThey can tow that line as long as they want, nobody is gonna convince most people. Dude dropped a bullshyt diss, pulled it back, and THEN tried to come back outside and talk shyt. "Oh I could have killed them if it was real..." nah man shut up. Not to mention the bot reference, which is hilarious in light of yesterday's legal news lol.
Ya lost. You removed yourself from contention. It's over for you. So please just release a dope album of concept records and conscious raps because that tough talk shyt? Over.
