Do ya'll see what's happening here?

It's blowing up in their faces.

I don't think the white-controlled media really counted on the fact that Cosby is so loved by so many.

I gotta admit: I'm even shocked at the amount of support he's getting. I mean, I know he didn't do it, but I expected there to be more of a $H!tstorm from the public.

But people love Cosby, man. He's been in this game doing too much for too long for people to try to bring him down like this.

Everybody's calling :duck: on these women.

Even white women are calling :duck: on them!

The only black people that are against Cosby are mad because he said to pull their pants up, get a job, and be like the Muslims.

That's the only reason these c00ns is out here trying to throw him up under the bus, even though they see that it's evidently a conspired effort to take down one of our icons.

And like I said: This is gonna blow back hard on the media.

They didn't count on this. They really thought they were gonna come out there and say Cosby raped women and they were gonna say it so much and repeat it over and over and over again WITH NO PROOF, and they thought that we would just go for it.

Now you see a lot of black actors and black entertainers are starting to break with the establishment rather than throw Cosby under the bus for them.

They didn't think we would be this dedicated to somebody that paved the way for a lot of us... but they're gonna find out, the hard way. :win:

Man, this topic had me divided as fukk – from the get go – until the attacks on Bill just got to be too much. White people are taking some major pleasure on this shyt breh, on some "I knew he was too perfect to be real" typa shyt. I can't condone that. I'm completely against rape but the viciousness by the AP media in even letting this interview out (while he asked it not to be shown) was uncalled for. They ain't had to go this far for justice. This is some bullshyt.

shyt is MJ all over again, where even Macaulay Culkin's side of the story didn't seem to matter or lessen the tarnish on the King's legacy. They go above and beyond to sully our heroes.

Bill Cosby: "I know people are tired of me not saying anything, but a guy doesn't have to answer to innuendos. People should fact check. People shouldn't have to go through that and shouldn't answer to innuendos."

Bill Cosby gets sellout support at Melbourne show

Embattled comedian and actor Bill Cosby told FLORIDA TODAY before his scheduled show tonight at the King Center in Melbourne, that recent offers of cash and prizes to heckle his performance only feed a 'frat house mentality' and that he didn't plan to mention the controversy of allegations of sexual assault tonight to the sold out crowd.

"So today I was informed of this radio station that is offering money for people to stand up and heckle in order to collect prizes and money," Cosby told FLORIDA TODAY in a backstage one-on-one interview.

"The thing is, these people are prodding and pushing people and asking people to have a frat house mentality. Now suppose someone brings a weapon or decided to do more foolishness. There will be announcements made and the stations made some disclaimers, but what if people don't listen to what they said and they entice violence. That's not good for anyone. :salute:

"When you go to a civil rights march or something like that, at least there are meetings and some organization to it and people understand how to behave. There may be people coming to the show that don't know exactly what to do; there is no organization to it all."

"I know people are tired of me not saying anything, but a guy doesn't have to answer to innuendos. People should fact check. People shouldn't have to go through that and shouldn't answer to innuendos."

Earlier today, Bill Cosby's appearances at casinos in Las Vegas and Tucson, Arizona were canceled amid widening allegations of sexual assault.

In the past week, numerous allegations of sexual abuse by Cosby from a number of women have led to canceled interviews and NBC and Netflix projects. "The Cosby Show" also was pulled off the air on TV Land. Cosby issued a statement Sunday discrediting decades-old accusations and his attorney has denied four of the allegations.

Thursday night, he appeared in Bahamas at a benefit for a women's service organization.

Including tonight's appearance in Melbourne tonight, Cosby is slated to perform at least 36 shows between now and May 2015.

this is about to blow back in a lot of people's faces. They thought they were hurting Cosby? :usure:

Nah, they hurt themselves. wait till the lawsuits start flying. Then they'll learn their lesson.

for saying that black people shouldn't be so quick to throw our icons under the bus on behalf of some unproven claims from a bunch of white women who are notorious for lying on black men and crying rape? :skip:

Oh okay.
yeah, over a dozen women are lying. i believe its true and y'all seem to have forgotten the type of rape culture in america 40 yrs back. fukking women while they were sloppy drunk, passed out, etc was acceptable back in the day.

but even if it weren't true, cosby threw the entire black race under the bus. hell, cosby told us the reason we're subjected to white supremacy is because we sag our pants and speak ebonics. right? but cosby speaks good english, he's articulate, cosby never sagged his pants. but white supremacist are currently running a train on his career and brand, which tells us, what exactly? :mjpls:

either way, you come off like a cac spouting their bullshyt rhetoric. pretending the media is only going after him because of what he said about blacks. like they really give a shyt about the honor of black people, get the fukk outta here.

mods mad as shyt :bryan: cosby has done more for black people than any of you e-militants talking shyt about him

Yeah, I'm trying to find out why the mods combined my thread about Cosby's response into this thread right here.

I would thnk that all of you people that's been on here claiming "he didn't respond so he musta did it" would be happy to finally see a response from him.

@Emperor_ReinScarf what's up with that, breh?

Slate has gone on overdrive lately. They labelled Terrence Howard "the next Bill Cosby" because of his past issues with domestic violence and they are exhorting the media to mention it anytime they interview him. They also had another article questioning why R Kelly still has a career in light of the whole Bill Cosby rape allegations. In addition to that they are also wondering aloud what the Smithsonian should do with the African American art collection Bill Cosby gave them to exhibit along African art pieces, and there is also another article they got from Inside Higher ed about what colleges who accepted his money should do.
