Wolf was dope! I agree but can't call it a classic due to lack of impact.Besides the two in OP WOLF is the closest thing.
Cherry Bomb was mixed so awful I couldn't enjoy it. Maybe I should revisit it though.Cherry Bomb as well imo

Cause with cherry bomb for example I bought the CD so I'm guessing It made a difference. Also w/ Enter the Wu Tang for instance i always imagine critics at first said it was mixed bad. Tyler's known to do things atypical, and he studies production like a mfer, so if different tracks were diff i think he did it on purpose. It has a rough grungy kinda mix which he did on purpose to make it LoFi. It's mixed purposely with a lot of noise on it and little crackles and things like that in it.I feel you. With me It's hard for me to hear what people mean when they say things were mixed bad.Cause with cherry bomb for example I bought the CD so I'm guessing It made a difference. Could you explain what you expect in mixing? I wanna learn...
Nostalgia Ultra is not a classic? It's is much better then Blonde imo. Even Channel Orange is better then Blonde.No.
Frank Ocean's only potential classic is Blonde and that's still TBD, but it's looking good. But he was so distant from the group that I wouldn't even think of him as a main member. He was most likely affiliated because it was the best for everyone's careers at the time and closeness with Tyler.
b*stard and Earl were both solid projects but idk if they hold up. Idek if they'll have the same impact in the future that they had on that time period. Classics should be impactful no matter the time.
The thing I'll give to odd future is their cultural impact. I truly think they helped shift the zeitgeist some, especially amongst the younger demographic. They'll be to others what adult swim was to me and others, something that molds and shapes.
Personally, the only person I still listen to out of that group is Earl, and even he hasn't dropped a classic yet. I think Tyler's annoying now and i haven't fukked with anything from wolf til now. Haven't heard anything from anybody else and don't want to.
What I wanna hear is a Earl tape produced by Tyler.
I tried to get into Cherry Bomb...it was cool...Wolf was crazy to me tho.Cherry Bomb as well imo
