society doesn't do enough to identify people who need extra help. seriously you think the cumulative costs to rescue these people from a situation they were warned about repeatedly is insignificant? stupidity costs and if theres a lists of people to be proactive about to reduce those costs in the future, then thats a good thing not a bad thing. we make general lists of people who may need special attention, like the elderly, disabled, etc. why not the slow ones?
