this board has way too many members for it to ever not be active, and you can't take away dap so it's not like dudes are gonna suddenly stop trolling. At the same time it'll discourage 20 page-long flame wars over nothing cause it'll be hazardous to their ratio lol

I say keep rep off as well. Rep was/is suppose to help constitute and separate posters given the quality of their posts, but we all know that will never happen here.... It's funny how people are in here complaining now how other posters have gotten a little too comfortable making troll threads without the threat of a neg rep, but it use to be the exact opposite when rep was on -- dudes who had a ton of rep would make a garbage ass thread and as soon as they were opposed, they wouldn't even bother making an counter argument, just the same old "negged", "enjoy being in the red" comment. If anything, rep being off would help facilitate more meaningful discussion in the long run.
BUT,
I will say that there needs to be some established rules against general troll threads &/or troll comments. I understand maturity isn't a thing that everyone possesses, or people are just "out here trying to have fun", but a lot nikkas need to realize that every section on this board doesn't need to be treated as 'JBO'.

rep formula should take into consideration the fukking of "females" ...i dont think its many on here that do. 
but on the real....making threads should be a factor in reps, along with posting content and quoteable postings
