Reggie balled out last year. The coach of the Dolphins thought he was expendable. He kept trying to put the backup in over Reggie for reasons I didn't fully understand. It wasn't until the end of the year that he started actually treating dude like he was their starting RB. Philbin was following the GB playbook that running backs are a dime a dozen and I don't think he realizes you can do that with Rodgers, but not Tannehill.
