only 23 teams back then bruh

Jordan had to face the likes of prime larry birds celtics 6 times, zeke's pistons 6 times, the cavs 6 times etc..

Jordan wasnt there that season....he only played 17 games I believe, so they didnt even have him.

They were horrible and still made the playoffs:wow:

Dude didn't break through until the 90s. :scust: I fukk with Jordan but the deepthroat they give this guy is crazy. Like he was a "phenom" and leader of that Carolina team in college :skip:

He was great individually out the gate, but his team was :scusthov: until they added Phil Jackson and traded for Scottie Pippen.

jordan missed 64 games that year but came back late and helped them make the playoffs.

jordan was dropping 63 in playoff games against all-time great teams and averaging 41 points in NBA Finals...kobe doesnt even have a better Finals series than Dwyane Wade:mjlol:

the legacies of legends are solidified in the playoffs and NBA Finals, not in January regular season games against lottery teams
true but that raptor squad was better than the sixers are right now tho :ld:

you can at least give them that :ld:

i mean yeah jordan dropping 63 against the 80s celtics(possibly one the top 3 teams all time) isn't as much points.

81 is > 63 so that means kobe had a better game right? :ld:

:mjlol:

Close thread. Obviously not an objective assessment, I agree that Mike is better but he and Kobe are DEFINITELY in the same league as far as talent/skills :camby:
i was thinking, if kobe was ten time lesser than MJ, then reggie should've played ten time better against him right?
somebody bring up the stats.
reggie vs mj playoff head to head numbers
kobe vs reggie finals head to head numbers

The bolded is all irrelevant. Kobe skipped College... NEXT

personally i give dudes more credit for skipping college :yeshrug:

like when people were saying bron didnt win a ring until his X year in the league, i was saying he still won it at the same age as jordan
