It's crazy how he and Harvin Marrison ended up tearing their knees because those are the only two WR;s I've NEVER seen take big hits. Them nikkas would always get down right before the hit. Fluky as hell

that's what happens when you take anabolics and your ligaments/tendons outgrow their muscles and that's also what happens when you neglect compound exercises in favor of isolation ones
