Reggie said in the past that Suge was working on like a secondary label for the “homies.” This would basically be a label for acts that weren’t Deathrow material. They were saying Suge didn’t push OFTB. OFTB were not mainstream acts. C’mon man even with the DR machine OFTB were regional acts IMO.

I don’t think Suge was reluctant to put Blood rappers on, but there’s no one on that is educated on the business side of music now that Reggie is locked up.

Agreed though sometimes Reggie got annoying a little bit with the fact checking stuff. I understand fact checking things that can actually be verified as true or false but something like what Mob James said can be his perspective and even if Suge had things in motion, he didn’t actually follow through with any of it, so you can question if that was ever really his intention to put cats like that on. I doubt it’s for the reasons Mob James said, but it was refreshing to hear him get his feelings out about things without Reggie feeling the need to interrupt and play captain Save a Suge.

This is a guy that has repeatedly said that he had no interest in the music business, never paid attention to it, wasn't really into rap, and that his primary concern was "security."

His perspective is basically well "these are bloods, and they rap, but Suge wouldn't put them on because...." neglecting if these guys even had the talent to be apart of the label.

This label could have just been conversations between Suge and Reggie. Reggie would have to elaborate on it.
