He's someone that would have been better off from the jump in WWE than AEW to be honest. With him being a legacy kid, it's easier for WWE to do something with him since they own the tape library's than with AEW that doesn't and has to do the "he's a 2nd generation wrestler" positioning.

Maybe…But there’s no guarantee would have even used him. Im sure they could have got him before AEW if they really wanted him. Same with Jade.

Wasn't really a market for him in 2019 IIRC. Think like MJF he took advantage of MLW's contract structure to join AEW while with MLW.
