I have no idea who can do this there is a long time lurker In a coli telegram who registered back in December 2019 but hasn't been able to do anything.
He says he can post proof he's not white if that's needed.
He made a small donation to the site and posted this:

Also, @Warren Moon can't login anymore. He signed up with his college account but doesn't have access anymore. He said he tried the password reset that doesn't work. He got signed out one day and can't sign back in.
@Brooklynzson He said he emailed you but got no response.
Is it possible he can get back in with another email or something?
