Registration does open briefly every now and again. I've seen it myself when logged off. It just appears to be random from what I can tell. So a lurker would have to frequent the site enough to spot it and then register.

@ you thinking this place isnt already full to the brim of all the people you are avoiding. Have you seen these TLR threads the past year or so? The coli hasnt been a majority black site since like 2015 or so
