Well yeah. RDNA 2 tol end discrete gpus struggled to raytrace at only 1440p I can imagine that consoles based on rdna 2 would struggle to keep consistent framerate with raytracing on at 1080p. PS5 and Series X games are all upscaled anyways not really a big deal
